From customer service to price and quality and happy overall with everything! The machine itself is cute af and it has so many different lighting options! The mics are clear and easy to hold and use! The machine is heavy but comes with a strap so you can take it with you! The sound is crisp and clear it’s beautiful and so much fun! It comes with two mics but you can buy extra wired mics to use as well! The overall experience I had was amazing! Let’s start with Christmas 2024 I bought this for my twin girls so they can sing their little hearts out! I got it in pink and it was beautiful but when I went TJ plug it in to get it all set up for them there was no power at all): I immediately contacted the company and they acted quick to replace it! They had me send them a video of the product not working and once I proved that it was faulty they sent me a new one at their expense I got it within a few days and I got it in black this time just to go with everything in the living room since I use it more then the girls do but we haven’t had a day without it on since it’s arrived! It easily connects to tv phones tablets and you can use it at a speaker or turn the mics on and sing along! Highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to sing with friends family or strangers. Didn’t take long to charge and I’m still at 3 lights after using 3 days straight lols absolutely love this karaoke machine! Hands down best one I’ve ever had and the company cares and listens I really couldn’t be any happier with my purchase (:

This music capsule/karaoke machine is very compact and super cute. I opened it and started learning how to use it and have to say it came with a user manual that is easy to read. While using it I couldn’t keep my kittens away, they love the lights as much as I do. I got the white one and it looks like really nice quality and not cheap looking at all. The price is great for all it does and all that comes with it. It has two wireless mics that have sound effects and I also bought a cabled mic that plugged in and worked great with it.

It stops working after a few months. The battery died and it never worked again after it was charged. Seems to be a common problem with this product. Worked good when it worked but it only lasts a few months.UPDATE: Sudotack customer service reached out to me and sent me a new one. Their customer service was quick and easy to deal with and the new product arrived quickly after I was contacted. Changing my rating based on how well they handled this situation. The new one I received works great so far!

Bought for my wife who heads up a summer program for kid. Bought so she could easily sit around camp with it and it was easy to spot so it doesn’t walk off as easy. Most thief’s will think twice about sneaking this loud color off and not getting caught. This works well for her needs. Quite loud for a group setting.

This thing is awesome. Honestly for the price point you get a Bluetooth speaker, you get it cool little lights, you get two wireless microphones, with the opportunity to add two more quarter inch mics as well. With all the karaoke options of canceling vocals on any song, adding a microSD, hooking it up to your TV and the portability of it as well. You just can't beat it. For the price point it does everything you can need for any of the above. Obviously you'll need some type of screening device if you're going to use it for karaoke, but as far as features and function, and the portability as well as being wireless you just simply can't go wrong. This is a great add-on for any family fun karaoke night, portable speaker for kids ministry or a youth group, or just something fun for your kids to rock out to.

My family & I have been loving this karaoke machine! So easy to set up & use. You could even use it at a medium size event as a speaker/mic. Highly recommend for the cost.

2nd edit: After returning it twice and finally getting one withbtwo working microphones. I had it for maybe six months or so, the battery woukd die incredibly quickly and now it wont charge at all, ive tried many different cords and nothing. Won't turn on or even show that its charging. You can continue to read my previous reviews, but this is a very disappointing piece of junk. Look elsewhere.[Original Review]The sound is nothing special, but it doesn't sound terrible. It gets decently loud and the bass is pretty good. I like the options for tuning the sound as well (high, mid, low). The different LED modes is a nice touch as well.The microphones fit nicely into the speaker which is very convenient. They feel very light and cheap though. They do have some fun options to change your voice though. Although one of them did not work when it wasn't plugged in to charge. Which kind of made it useless. I'm ultimately returning this product and I will try something else.Edit: None of the other options seemed to fit what I wanted. Either the mics were stubby little things or there was no spot to store them on the speaker like this one has. Also the carrying strap is a big win. I ended up having to order three of these before I got one with two working mics. But I am happy with it now. It's not the best speaker in the world, but it gets the job done for karaoke.

I had an issue with the first one, but Sudotack was quick to address my concerns and sent me a replacement. The process was well worth it because this machine has been a big upgrade from previous ones I've used. The sound quality is great and has so many features you can play around with. My family and friends loved it so much some of them asked for the link to purchase.
