The item itself is fantastic. The combination of ultrasonic cleaning and a Steradent tablet produced pretty incredible results over a week or so of daily use - the improvement in visual appearance of my night mouthguard was quite remarkable. The functionality of having a removable adaptor was also excellent - far better than a unit with a permanent cable (I have one such larger ultrasonic cleaner, and it is a pain to unplug from the power socket each time for emptying). This would have been a five-star rating - BUT the cleaner started malfunctioning after a little over 3 weeks - initially hesitating to start, then working only intermittently, and finally ceasing to give any sign of life at all. My attempts to 'ask the seller a question' lead me to an Amazon shipping assistant, rather than a company representative who might explain a solution for this defective behaviour. As a result of this eventual experience, my initial enthusiasm has unsurprisingly waned.

Stopped working after 10 months so not happy with how long this lasted.

Short lived device. Worked okay for a few weeks, easy controls. I didn't use it regularly (maybe once or twice a week) and now won't turn on at all and past the short return window. Unsure how to progress issue (repair or replace under Consumer Rights Act).

I bought this item in January and now it has completely stopped working!

This is an easy-to-use product that effectively cleans my retainers without using any solutions and only takes 5-10 minutes to clean.

I ordered this to clean my dental retainer as manual cleaning wasn’t working particularly well. The silicone retainer was starting to smell even after cleaning and also becoming discoloured. Since getting and using the Ultrasonic Cleaner, the smell and discolouration on my retainer has completely disappeared and I am confident it is 100% clean and hygienic. Also used the Ultrasonic Cleaner for tooth brush heads and jewellery. Very pleased with the results. It’s quite compact and easy to use. Wish I’d bought it sooner.
