This is a nice product, fit right in the hole and worked perfectly for my installation.

I’ve installed a ton of can lights. Most of the cans are about the same. These came packed well and no damage. The nice thing about these is that they have quick connects on the wires already. Makes for daisy chaining these that much faster. The one thing that I knocked it down for was the fact that the size of the can is slightly bigger than a 6” hole saw. This means that you have to cut the holes out with a drywall saw by hand, rather than just marking your spot and cut it out in a few seconds with a hole saw. Other than that, these work well and get the job done.

I have been installing Light Cans for several decades and when it comes down to it, they are all basically the same; however, the one thing that can make one model better than another is the "add-on's" the manufactures supplies with the can. Add-ons such as longer connection wire, pre-stripped and soldered wires, and in this case, the Quick-Connect plugs. I mean, that is cool! I know that a few other have it, but many do not. All in all, this is a good design and a well made unit. Considering what you are getting, the price is very reasonable as well. I got the 6" cans, but according to the bio for this unit, it also comes in a 4" diameter model. I kind of wish I had gotten the 4" cans rather than these. I say that not because these are not as good, but in my experience, the 4" diameter cans are more common, and now I have five 6" cans left over, that I may have for quite some time. Anyway, you would be hard-pressed to find better press-in light-housing than these. I hope this helps.

The ad is miss leading. It only comes with one. The metal is strong and durable. The can it self is structured very well with the junction box. The wires are long enough. 1 star because only one came not six. Thanks for reading my review!

This light can was a very easy install as it replaced an outdated light can in my bathroom. The only issue is that there are 5 other bathroom cans that need replaced and the description of the product is for 6 remodeling light canisters not 1. Very disappointed as the price point is extremely high for only 1 canister being received. The metal adjustable secure tabs keep this canister in place and are sturdy unlike some canisters with plastic secure tabs. I like how the only holes/spaces in the canister are to adjust the secure tabs. (this lessens the openings for bugs to get in the living space from the attic). Quality light canister but don't recommend because of high price point only for 1 light canister.

I ordered the 6” LED can. Super easy install and they fit with different retrofit LED profile because of the quick connect. Why we care? Because we ended upBuying a lot of different profiles whenever they went on clearance at Lowe’s or Home Depot - these housing fit all of them!This is a super easy DIY project that you can get done in about 30-60 minutes depending on how easily you can access the ceiling beams/joists and your ability to use a drill.Very happy with this brand!
