I bought this instead of the KT tape and it's just as great, honestly. I hurt my arm playing pickleball and needed it taped every day for weeks. I used an entire 2 rolls and the price was amazing

Easy to tear the paper backing. Tape sticks without being too tacky after removal.

I would personally rate this brand a 4 out of 5 only because of the durability and adhesion.In my opinion the adhesive is not as great as some other "name brands" out there but, for the amount of tape you're getting and the price - I think I can get past the easily removed adhesive.This tape has definitely worked wonders in a pinch and can last anywhere from 1-3 days (without water exposure) depending on how active you are.I did greatly appreciate the small booklet provided in the box that had many descriptions and images of ways to tape in order to help relieve specific areas on your body.

Works and stays on just like name brand. It stays on my foot 3 days through the showers.

This tape is a great value there are more expensive products out there but this tape clings well, is easy to apply, and lasts for several days. The adhesive didn't make me itchy (some of the more expensive brands do) It's easy to remove and clean the adhesive off too. I use K tapes a lot in terms of features and value this is my go to brand. The only minor problem I've had with this tape is that I find I have to trim the edges into curves. It isn't precut tape and if you just leave the edges flat they fray a bit. This is common across most uncut K tapes I've used. Very happy with this product.
