Rockford FosgateT1S1-12 Power 12" T1 Slim Single 1-Ohm Subwoofer

Fair warning, might need spacers or wedge spacers depending on your truck no set up. Great power handling. Over the counter truck boxes won’t do them justice. If your spending this much on subs, you might as well dish out the extra loot for a high quality or custom truck box close to or made for these subs. Recommend Ported to get those deep low tones

Im really not impressed as I do believe I had a JL 10 shallow hit harder than this $500 sub. Ill run it till she blows then go to JL , Sad as Fosgate is my favorite but not this sub that's for sure. Running it with a Fosgate T500 Amp perfect match ? More or less $1000 bucks and dont hit that hard don't impress me at all . Cant even hear it in the house when parked outside, Or cant even hear it standing outside of the truck. in a 2023 4 door Silverado

While these subs are expensive, they are worth the money. They sound incredibly good, especially for a shallow mount sub.

It quit working after a day in a half.

I have 2 of these slim monsters in my CX-5, as an avid bass head I’m getting older and want functionality over performance, I had a huge T1D2 15 which took half the cargo space, I kept my T1500.1 that I ran to it, and specially mounted 2 shallow sub boxes at an angle between the ceiling and sides, but like my title says, if you treat the subs properly, they will not blow, most of these complaints made with the bad reviews are most likely due to mistreating the subs with giving too much power all at once, you need to break the subs in slowly within a 2 month period so you can get the full effect and performance of these creatures, I’m sorry but I have learned to never give big boy toys to newbies

If you want the Rockford Fosgate quality of there power series selections than purchase directly from RF that way you know you’re getting the BEST of the BEST it’s more pricey but you know it’s not a knockoff!

First off I had high hopes only to crushed. Hey Rockford how does a 500 watt amp blow 2 600w rms 1200w max speakers back to back on low setting tuned by one of your authorized dealers. Blew one in less than 2 months of use (maybe 25 hrs total play time)on a Rockford fosgate power T500-1bdCP so I got second in prefabricated box by Rockford fosgate guess what that one blew too. They don’t fix t1’s shallow they have no parts nobody does also tried fix my speaker nothing. Rockford fosgate said we can’t help you warranty expired was in a show truck so barely used did break in also to no help on one blew hole in cone second one voice coil went bad. Out $1000 now so think (three times) before buying. All professionally installed and tuned by authorized Rockford fosgate dealer. They were no help either I now buy USA made subwoofers like (dd) never fail can’t hurt if you wanted to.
