Cables don't affect fidelity
BUT they do affect ergonomics, aesthetics and functionality of your favorite IEMs.In that regard, this cable knocks it out of the park. Super soft and supple cable, nice brown/black aesthetic and solid swappable connectors. My only knock is that the little slider is a bit too loose and isn't very functional.

Buen cable.

Great cable, modular for reasonable price.
I wish I were a cable believer, I'd have a lot more to say in cable reviews. I like cables as IEM jewelry, and have heard of Kinera Ace cables as being a great choice for a budget friendly modular cable. It's been great so far. The cable itself is kind of the standard 8 strand braiding, though on the lighter side. Not too chonky. Feels strong, durable, for the degree of lightness. It has a bead style chin cinch (whatever this thing really is, I've heard of other names but I don't recall) is oddly perfect considering. It cinches perfectly, holds well, perfect amount of grip for my preference. Easy enough to slide but not so much that it moves on it's own.The hardware is a pretty blue anodized situation, basically the standard anodized blue (kind of reads differently depending on the image). Has a standard friction fit modular design, where while that's not my favorite it's done very well here. (I do prefer a captive threaded design, but this is nice for quick swaps). Really comfortable, no annoying cable memory to speak of. Sounds great, I've had no issues. Overall would absolutely go to Kinera for cables at this point. I'm super impressed.

Great upgrade to stock IEM cables
This is a nice upgrade to the typical IEMS under $300 that are nowadays coming with not-so-great cables.Pros:Soft to the touch yet durable feelingIt does not tangle/ hold memory easilyThe swappable head is placed in a perfect position. You don't have to worry about pulling the head out when unplugging the cable from the source. ( I used to have this problem with my raptgo hook iem cable)Cons:No color options or neutral black which may or may not matter to some. When it was new out of the box it made a rattling sound where the pins connect to IEM. I later found out it was the extra layer of plastic. Once you get some wear on these, the sound goes away.

Nice cable with handy adapters
I have quite a few cables for several sets of IEMs and headphones. This one is unique in the sense that it allows for multiple different ends on one cable with the ability to change them. I like this idea, it just needs to last - If I have any issues I will update this review.Past that, when you're spending this much on cables typically the sound does not change much. Unless your headphones or IEMs come with super terrible cables, typically you wont notice much of a difference. I think the sound quality is unimpacted compared to a few other cables I've used with my specific IEMs (LCD i3), which is a great thing. The cable quality is super nice and well priced, very competitive with others in this price bracket for 2pin or mmcx. I believe this cable has a slight edge since you can run with a standard 3.5, 4.4 or even a 2.5mm if you have a DAP or something of the sort. Built in instead of using chonky adapters.Between the plug ends I hear no difference. Assuming this is properly soldered, these should be balanced if you're looking for that - at least with the 4.4mm plug. Personally I don't care or see a difference in balanced cables, but it's possibly there. The packaging and presentation overall is nice as well. Length is good and is a good woven cable with metal fittings and ends that have quality strain relief. I think this is a good buy, especially if you have multiple amps or a desktop amp and something like a btr7 you carry with you. Very convenient and well made.

Versatilie and Flawed Design
The Kinera Ace 2.0 cable is crafted from good-quality materials and offers a soft, comfortable feel without any memory. The braiding is generally good, though there's a slight imperfection in one spot.A key highlight of this cable is its versatility, featuring three replaceable plugs (2.5mm, 3.5mm, and 4.4mm). This allows users to easily switch between different connectors to match various devices and audio sources, which is particularly beneficial for those with multiple setups. However, caution is needed when disconnecting the plugs, as pulling on the cable could potentially cause damage. In terms of sound quality, the cable does not appear to have a noticeable impact, whether positive or negative. While the QOA Kinera Ace 2.0 is priced on the higher end, its versatility may justify the expense for users who frequently switch between different plugs and assuming Kinera Ace survives the repeated switching of plugs.
