I had a bulletin that was fabric backed. It was impossible to get the sticky tabs to stay adhered to the fabric. This made the design a bit difficult. I made a personal note to self, do not order these when using fabric background

I was afraid these would be cheap and pop. But thankfully I was wrong. They came with a blow-up straw, and blew up easily, with a self-sealing closure.

They can as expected. However a few didn’t have hanging spouts for me to put a string through. So be aware of what you’re buying.

They were perfect!

These balloons are cheaply made, more than half of these popped they were not over filled, they split at the seam i am highly disappointed in this item.
