This helps soo much ..my baby is 2 months old and I used it as soon as we came home from hospital. Helps alot with loosing that belly fat too!

It didn’t fit as expected. The small was too small for me. It fits but it seems too tight. Otherwise it’s good quality and I use it when I go for walks. Too tight for sitting though.

I used this postpartum and found it to be very helpful. It has a medium hold. I found the hospital one to be too high and tight. This one wasn’t too restricting.

It’s so uncomfortable in summer. It’s so thick

This belly wrap is the simplest one out there. I recommend it for anyone who just is looking for a basic wrap and doesn’t want to mess around with all the extra Velcro’s. I love it!

The belt comes in a sealed plastic packaging inside the box and mine was already opened so they sent me a used one. I tried it on anyway over a shirt and within an hour it was rolling up at my back and made wearing it super uncomfortable. Physical Therapist recommended it to me because I have to wear it 23 hours a day for my diastasis but I’m returning it. The belt of have with the bones in the back is more comfortable to sleep in.

It does roll sometimes when sitting/bending a lot but usually pretty sturdy, breathable.

I like that this belt is so flexible yet supportive.
