I highly recommend this MCT oil because I do find it very easy to consume.As it's flavourless, I'm very happy to mix it with my coffee in the morning or add it to my salad dressings...Since taking this MCT oil, I do find myself more energetic and more productive at work.I'm so happy I've found a product that can help me achieve my ideal weight and most importantly, that has no Palm Oil and it's gluten free!!

Great product. No discernable taste which is a plus for me. Arrived on time, well packaged. Courteous communication from the seller. And I appreciated their explanations about taking caution to build up the amount you use if you're not used to using it.I use the oil in my coffee each morning. I blitz coffee, butter & oil in a blender. Which creates lovely creamy coffee with no oily texture.The only minor negative is the cap. I prefer a lid with a small hole to prevent dribbles. But I resolved this by using the cap from my old bottle.I feel energised & alert, more so than when I've used a different brand.

Great MCT oil - very easy to consume.The oils flavourless so easy to mix with food/drinks or take a swig of for ease.I find it gives me more energy when on a keto diet. No ill digestive effects and easy to stomach.

This is the 3rd time I have bought this oil to supplement my Keto diet and, I hope, give me more energy. I see that many reviewers have complained of difficulty pouring out their dose without spilling or at best dribbling. Fore-warned, I bought a set of 5 x 5ml pipettes from Syolee (on Amazon) for only £2.99. The first one I tried is still serving me perfectly after over a year. Problem annihilated!Since this brand of MCT oil is a lot cheaper than the competition, you can afford this investment! If you are not charmed by this colourful and practical set, you can recoup your payment with Free Returns.

The oil is tasteless and doesn’t give me diarrhoea like some other brands but if I take a spoonful on an empty stomach it can leave an awful pain in my abdomen.I also notice it makes my palms smell really chemically or some other strange odour within minutes if I take it by the spoonful which is really off putting.I can’t find any reason online why it would do this?

This is a great supplement that will give you a boost pre-workout. The directions on the bottle are simple to follow, take a spoonful before your workout.I have been using this for over a week and I can feel the difference. I like the fact it is vegan friendly, gluten free and there are no GMO's.The bottle comes with about 33 servings so can last the full month. It is well priced compared to other similar supplements on the market.
