Pretty good. In my opinion it came with a lot of extra hardware but it didnt come with 2 "S" hooks which would have been much better than most of the extra hardware to use the "D" rings in the truck to fasten the bottom of the net.

Useful in my 2012 Venza
While the net isn’t as wide as cargo area of my 2012 Venza, it works great to hold smaller items. The hook assembly has held for the last month and show no signs of wear.

It's smaller than advertise
It bunches up in the middle - it doesn't go across from side to side in my Toyo Venza as advertise. The cost was very reasonable so I will work with it and keep it

Fits Well
The net fit my 2014 Venza without any difficulty - there is some assembly required if you need the supplied hooks to secure the net to the metal loops already present in the car - but they go together easily.
