It is a good book but the author doesn't seem to understand the concept of KTo/Hz which cannot go below -174 dbm/Hz .This applies in any analysis only on matched cases . A filter rejects by mismatch and even in the nonideal case when there is a small thermal loss , Pozar comes in his RF system book with a formula that allows noise to go below -174dbM/Hz. Weismuller and Egan assume in their books an ideal filter so automatically there is no thermal loss in the rejection band i.e. 0 dB noise figure and noise floor definitely goes below -174dBm/Hz (because of pure mismatch). The author in his FDD duplexer analysis doesn't seem to realize that

A good book!
Extremely well written book! I recommend it strongly to all RF engineers! The author has taken pains to dwell on many little understood aspects of RF.

Best system level book I have ever read.
I have to say this is one of the books I have benefied the most from. It shows the auther truely understands the topic both from theoritical and practical aspects.
