I tested out this model and found that it works really well and would totally recommend one if you have lots of drives you need to access data from.

i think it's a bit pricey, but works good. it's fast to detect the disk contents on usb 2 and i can use all my old extra sata hard disk in it. looks same as in picture. good plastic.

A great product that does what it says.The instructions were pretty good. It made using product very easy. The link speed between the HDD and the computer was great and always constant.Overall, a good piece of equipment for recovering data.The only 2 problems that I have this are: One, It's a bit expensive. Would have paid 1200-1300 for this but at 2k this is definitely expensive. Two, a 3.5" HDD is not completely fixed in one position when docked. It wiggles a bit which does not give a sense of confidence.

First time buying ORICO product. Got non functional item , down voted.

I have two SATA hard disks( which have a lot of data.) and SATA External Hardisk Casing(bought it 3 years back), every time. I struggled to transfer or copy the data, using this external Hard Disk casing. a few days back, I saw this Dock on Amazon's choice and ordered, and got this ORICO 2. 5/3. 5 inch HDD and SSD Hard Drive Dock next day. after, I connected this dock to the USB. Surprisingly, my both SATA hard disks are working smoothly, without any problem. The product, also in good quality, very satisfied. Thanks Amazon.

The read write speed is great, quality is also good, the usb cable length could have been extended.

Reached the product ORICO Hdd dock. But the 12v power adaptor found damage.

I was skeptical before buying this, but I have to say its very good product. I am getting around 60-175MB/s read write speed for a 7200rpm drive better than a hard disk enclosure. Only thing I would like to see is add a type C at dock connection and also for the power brick
