You get what you pay for
Don't get me wrong. These flexible shaft bit extensions work. However, I am not sure how well they will hold up. They seem adequate for occasional light-duty use, but may not be well-suited for production work (like by a contractor who has to put many fasteners into hard-to-reach spots). Still, at this price, if one fails, just grab another.And to be clear, the shaft successfully drove 1 5/8" #8 screws into cherry lumber for me--without a pilot hole and at a fairly sharp angle. So they work pretty well.

Invaluable tool at a great price
I have a standing desk / monitor stand with a barely-accessible philips screw for adjusting the weight of the monitor attached. The manual says it takes up to 114 turns to fully adjust the stand. The little L-shaped tool wasn't working well at all, and a straight bit on my power screwdriver wouldn't fit. Before giving up on my new, heavier, monitor, I found this item, and was able to spin that screw the full 100 turns in just a couple minutes (pausing a few times to check), and now my standing desk is perfectly adjusted. The tool was easy to use, and maybe isn't up to the task of professional use (the casing is just plastic), but for occasional use, and especially considering you get 4 of them, it's up to the task and a really a good deal.

Don’t last
Bought these for my husband for Christmas. He really liked them and they worked well, but all four broke within a few uses. He said they “exploded.”

Ability to drive a screw in confined space
When the screw was finding it tough to drill into hardwood the shaft wrapped around my fingers causing pain and bruising.
