This is a good book for health professional students, particularly nursing and medical students and also junior nurses and doctors. It gives a good overall introduction to sepsis, how to avoid it, how to detect it and how to manage it. It is reasonably priced and I would recommend it to anyone working in a hospital acute or critical care area.
