I use 1/2 a bottle every two weeks and this definitely helps stabilize the hot tub chemicals and conditions the water. No itchy skin after hot tubbing.Filter cleaner is also very good. I remove the filter about every 3-4 days, rinse, put a couple tablespoons of the powder in a gallon bucket and mix with lukewarm water, agitate and let sit for an hour or so, then rinse and reinstall. Definitely extends the life of the filter for at least a month, sometimes longer depending on frequency of hot tub use.

We love Ecoone spa products! I fought keeping the water clean with other systems. Someone turned us on to this system and I can't imagine it being easier. Less chemicals, better feeling water on your skin. Easy, easy, dead simple to maintain the spa, we just add a little chlorine (a cap full) every 2nd or 3rd time we get in the hot tub. We probably use it 2 or 3 times per week in the summer and twice that in the winter. Then we dump in a full bottle of the enzymes (or whatever the water condition is, in the green bottle) once every 3rd or 4th month. The system instructs to add it every month, but we kind of let it go -- one time we went as long as 6 months and it was fine. Once a year we empty the tub and start over with fresh water and a new kit. So their 3 month kit (plus a little generic chlorine tablets or powder from the discount store) takes care of our hot tub for a year.

Have been using this product for a few months now. We love the fact it doesn't smell like a typical spa. Great on our skin. Doesn't dry it out. Keeps our spa smelling great and clean!

I have used Eco One for the last 10 years and love the product. I highly question what was in the bottles I received as being an Eco One product. I have a call in to the Eco One company as we speak and am waiting for a call back so I can find out the item I poured into my spa. The first two bottles were very runny and the last bottle I used actually was a nasty pinkish red color. Unfortunately, when I poured it in, I had my jets going so it mixed in before I could think fast enough to shut it down and get it out without a full drain. In my experience, Eco One has always been a opaque thickish liquid, not a clear liquid like water and certainly not pinkish red. I would not buy from this seller again, only from a Eco One distributor.
