Worked great on my freeplay gba build. I didn't end up using anything besides the screws and plastic shell cause I purchased upgraded parts for everything else separately. Final product looks great in my opinion.

My old Gameboy Advance was getting pretty beat up to the point where simply cleaning it up wouldn't work, so I got some replacement parts.Overall, the quality was mixed. My main concern was getting the rubber membrane of the D-pad replaced, since mine was torn. Thankfully, the rubber membrane works perfectly, despite being a little bit squishier than the stock models. As for the hard plastic bits, they all work just fine. They all fit together and fulfill their intended purpose. However, some details aren't quite right. The fonts don't match the originals, and the letters on the buttons are misplaced. That said, the original parts work perfectly well with this. The plastic is a little softer than it is on the stock models, too, so it scratches more easily.Despite some flaws, however, the Game Boy looks and plays like brand new, so it was worth the money.--Zach

Purchased this GBA case to complete a game console using a Raspberry Pi Zero and a custom-made board. Only minor complaint I have is that the lens is plastic, not even polycarbonate but clear plastic. It's easy to scratch or scuff even with a fingernail. I may later look for a replacement lens made of Gorilla glass.

For the most part, I really like this shell. The material seems pretty durable and has the right feel and look. I did have an issue with the L and R bumpers on my Clear Purple. The case wasn't aligning properly with the pivot points and was preventing the bumpers from moving freely. I opened up the holes in the case for the bumper pivots and this mostly solved the problem. I tried my original bumpers and it was doing the same thing. The D-pad could also be a little bit sharper.

A very nice replacement shell, comes with everything to make your old beat up system look fresh and new. The select/start rubber piece I received was slightly deformed but I just used the original one, no big deal. The screws included were better than the original ones!

WORKS PERFECT ,SUPER EASY TO SWAP,ONLY ISSUE ...THE SCREEN I GOT IS REALLY SCRATCHED.. 3 star raiting for the screen alone..its the reason i got the kit..its not terrible ,but its almost as bad as the one I had on there already.shipped fast

The shell not only looks good, but the material used feels close to the original. In the pictures, I am not using the screen lens that came with this case. Instead I ordered a glass protector. I just wanted to clarify since it is technically a different product.

What's up Amazon people? So I just bought this and at first glance it looks amazing. But under further analysis of it the back battery cover was a little loose but I can deal with that. When puting it back together the places were the screws went cracked on me but I'm chocking that up to pressing to had. Even though it did crack on me it's still holding so don't care to much. One reason and the majored reason is because of the screw driver the Y one in particular broke on me in the middle of trying to close it so half my screws are not tight but it still plays so it's not to bad just wish the screw drivers weren't cheap crap
