Ring Aluminum Heat Diffuser with Wood Handle, Slow cooking (2)

My mom was using 2 burners grates and still would burn the bottom so I got this for her and she is not burning the bottom of the pot anymore.

Exactly as described. Used when simmering food on the stove. Prevents sticking to the bottom of the pan. Appear "cheap", but they work. Have to be careful to avoid wood handles being too close to heat.

I dislike the quality of this product. Washed as directed. Towel dried and left on counter rack to finish air drying. Woke up next day to a rust stained product...both.

The construction was cheap and therefore did not do it's job well. Material was thin handle not long enough.Disappointed overall. Would not waste money on this poorly made item. I had one of these for years and it was great. Will look for another one. May have to pay more but is worth it .

It works great! Ive used it to perfectly melt chocolate in my cheap pot without the double boiling hassel and ive even used it with my heavy cast iron pot for a perfect slow cooked meal! Would defently recommend it. Came quickly as well.

this product is one of a kind. works great boils the water in the pot with no scorching or burning to the pot . diffused the heat as stated. Will by more for my family members. highly recommend. Thanks guys

This product does exactly what it says, my stove is an electric one and it's hard to get the right amount of heat while cooking. I have used this to melt chocolate without a double boiler, to slow cook dinner, and much more. I definitely would recommend.
