Great system
I have had this system for a few weeks now. The cameras give a very clear picture both day and night. I use it only for indoor purposes, so I can't speak to how they work outside, though I imagine its about the same. The setup was much easier than I imagined. Just plug everything in and mount the cameras where you want them. That's it. I downloaded the App which seems to work very well for viewing the cameras remotely. It even allows you to record on to the phone. The internal control system takes some getting used to as there are lots of screens and commands, but if you're even halfway computer savvy it's not too hard to figure out.The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is one of the cameras won't connect. I have done all of the recommended fixes, such as using a different antenna and power cord, as well as making sure it wirelessly connected properly, but to no avail. I have emailed the seller to get a replacement and am awaiting their response. If they replace it as they should without much fuss then they will definitely get 5 stars. I'm also going to swap out the hard drive for one with more memory, so we will see how that goes. Great system for the price.Update 8/3/19I’ve had and used the system for several months now and can give a more accurate assessment of it. The way I use it is I run it always in motion recording with continuous 24/7 recording only about 10 days/month. I got about 6 months of storage on the NVR this way before it finally filled up.The customer service for this company is awesome. I had a bad camera out of the box. After doing their suggestions to fix it with no success, they sent me a new camera right away with no fuss. I recently moved and one of the antennas broke during the new installation. I contacted the company and the overnighted me a replacement that day.The only real issue I have is that downloading the video is a long process. If you plan on regularly downloading video, especially large amounts of video, expect to spend a lot of time doing it. Other than that, the system is great. Still 4 stars.

Wireless Signal is Weak
After getting this I had higher expectations than what was delivered. The setup is pretty straight forward. The functions are good and there are lots of settings to play with. Overall, the picture is good when watching on the big screen. On computer, its still pretty good, and on iPhone its not bad either. The cons to this is the wireless signal. I was really expecting much better range than what I am getting. I have 4 cameras setup, 2 inside the house and 2 on the outside. For the 2 on the inside, one is in the room where the NVR is and that gets great signal at about 10-12 feet away from NVR. I have a second one, on the same floor, no walls to go through and is about 20 feet from the NVR and gets decent signal, not full but close enough. The 2 outside cameras are about 30 feet away from NVR through one exterior wall and they get horrible wifi connections. Since one of them is of the outside ones is about 10 feet from one of the ones inside, I used the repeater functionality to extend the signal and that did make an improvement as I was losing signal intermittently, but since extending it has been pretty good. The other one outside I have not been able to extend and it loses connection, which causes the NVR to keep beeping everytime it happens which is quite annoying. I tried switching the antennas around to rule that out. I also see a very inconsistent "real time" viewing of the cameras. The only closest to the NVR is almost 100% real time, the next closest is usually behind by about 10 seconds, and the 2 outside ones are behind anywhere from 10 seconds to a minute, or sometimes flashing the previous day.Overall, i thought the wifi performance would be much better, the cameras themselves are good. I think at this price point, having researched a lot and there is not a lot out there at this price. The drive space seems to also be pretty good with the improved compression rate, all 4 cameras recording and its about 3 weeks worth on them.

Good security
Good cameras. I like that I can watch it from anywhere and switch from different cameras. You can also have multiple locations set up and view them all in the same app. I have a business in pa and Tennessee. I have these cameras at both shops and I can view them as separate locations. Sound and pictures when zoomed could be better.

Two 8 Camera systems ONE NVR does not work and is beeping and resetting one mouse is plugged in
We ordered two systems although we are tech savy we did have our IT professional come in and hook them up for us as we were having trouble with one of the NVR systems as it keeps power cycling.I have not been able to find ANY contact information for them to contact them about sending a new NVR unit so we are just stuck with one half working system. The cameras do not like to set up if it is more than 20' away from the NVR.Otherwise, great systems for the money the audio and video work great when they work. I will change to 5 stars onceMy IT professional has another questions... Can we use two systems side by side for a total of 16 cameras or do I have to run BOTH NVR's and set them each up with one monitor?

Love it
Night vision is excellent is a really good product. What I didn’t like is that it have to be plug to the power all the time and I need someone to set it up for me the ones outside of the house😒

Only good thing about the system is the cameras, everything else is poor
Pros: Good picture quality, good night visionCons: No manual, video recording is inconsistent, setup is guessworkWith all eight cameras installed the NVR is unable to show the current display of all eight cameras, the displays freeze then jump ahead to catchup. The video is seconds to minutes behind real time. The recordings will show a frame then jump seconds to minutes ahead losing the motion in between. I installed extenders to boost the signal from the cameras to the NVR but it did not resolve the problems. The NVR will reboot unexpectedly causing the NVR not to display any video recorded that day prior to the reboot. While the cameras are wireless the NVR is not. It requires a wired connection to a router and monitor making the NVR placement a challenge. The monitoring app for use with tablets or mobiles fails when trying to display some cameras. This isn't a practical system for security.
