Working as expected. The tablets are about as large as the Lysine that I take. I do not have a problem swallowing these. Good product.

I think this helps my gut problems. I have been going by what is recommended by Dr. Axe. He recommends L-Glutamine to heal stomach problems like leaky gut and ongoing diarrhea problems. My problems have gotten better since going on this 3xs a day and getting all grain out of my diet. I open 1 capsule and mix it in with powder protein by Great Lakes and with Calm (magnesium).The taste is pretty good.

I have extra extra energy and my body is feeling great after using now for a few months. Within a few days my husband and I could tell a difference. An added boost is that it has increase dream activity for both of us -no nightmares just colorful vivid dreams. We will continue to use as we are both active people and have felt better since taking.

This is hard to find in my area, so it’s nice to have a convenient choice

I take this product for health reasons and I'm so glad that I could found the larger tablets. Taking 10 a day of the smaller ones was really getting hard.
