Just got recently so I've only used it for a few times, After using the Massage mode, I can actually feel the bottom of my feet for a change. I'm very pleased with that function.The function that I have problems with is the Air-Mode. When the machine first comes on, both Air & Massage are activated. The Air mode (compression) starts out fairly gently and then increases greatly in intensity. For my feet it is much too aggressive. It squeezes so hard it will bring tears to my eyes and I have to press mode again to select massage only. For that reason, I gave it 4 and not 5 stars. In addition, there are no actual "this is what you do" operating instructions.All that being said, I'll keep it because the benefits I've gotten from the Massage function.After using for awhile, have gotten used to the intensity of the compression function. It is definitely a deep massage. I'm actually enjoying it at this point. Highly recommend for anyone having problems with numbness in their feet.

Excellent foot massager! First off, some of the complaints about it massaging too hard. There are 2 settings, high and low. I personally prefer more tension, the ones complaining should turn it on low. The bottom foot massage is to die for. I never want to remove my feet from this machine. This is a great machine for the money! If you don’t like it, you can always return it, although I don’t think you will. Oh, forgot to mention the heat button! I would like it hotter, but it is a nice warm heat mixed in with the masssaging along with the air (bag) pressure that applies pressure on the top of the foot. I’m so glad I bought this. You should too if you’re on your feet all day. You won’t regret it!

Product arrived as described. It works I guess, I just wish there were more setting options, and that there was a slightly smaller zone area for massaging so it didn’t get my pinky toe every once in awhile (although I have quite narrow feet). I also wish the power cord didn’t connect near my heels, cause then it comes out every once in awhile when I adjust my footing and brush up against the couch (maybe it’s just the one I got, but the place were you plug in the power cord holds it in place quite loosely).There are 3 massage settings, heat can be on or off, and air/compression can be high or low. It gets the job done overall, and as this is my first time using a foot massager, I guess it’s pretty decent overall.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. She loves it. I tried it and ended up buying one for myself. I love the air pressure and the moving balls on the bottom of your feet take it to another level of goodness. Only problem is I don't want to do anything else but sit getting my feet massaged.10/10 highly recommend.

This has been the best purchase of the year so far for me. I work on my feet all day and I've tried soaking my feet with the foot spa, but nothing helped like this amazing device. The pressure, the kneading. All amazing. Highly recommend.

Honestly it was great at first. So great. Ive had it for a month and have used it every other day. The heel massager compressor thing doesn't really work for my feet. Maybe my feet are too small for it. It felt like it didnt squeeze enough and thats where a lot of my pain is. The actual massagers on the bottom feel good. I have no complaints there. But if my left foot is positioned a certain way it compresses painfully on a little bone so i have to make sure my foot is more forward. But suddenly the air compression stopped working. I can hear it trying but it wont do it. I dont know what happened and im really sad about it. I would do two cycles since they were only 15 minutes. Did i wear it out already? The massagers still work so ill keep it for that so i might tinker with it since im passed the return date. Overall not a bad little device but I gave it 3 stars cuz it was so awesome at first but half of it crapped out after a month.

I could sit on the couch with this foot massager on ALLLL day. It feels so nice on my feet after a long day of working, walking, gardening, etc. The heat is a nice touch, as it’s a gentle touch of heat. The space you put your feet in is large enough for you to adjust your foot, if you need to focus on kneading a certain spot. It’s light weight, so easy to carry to and from. I like the different speeds/function options. It really helped ease the pain and tiredness in the foot I had plantar fasciitis in, which makes this a huge relief.

First, the customer service is beyond expectations. This little foot massage has a little suction cup on the bottom to help stay in place. It has two great mode for massage the bottom of your feet at the same time it apply pressure massage the upper of your feet. My wife work from home and the floor is very cold, this massager come with heat so she use it all the time while working from home.
