Works better than expected. The motor is not as noisy compared to other food processors (it is still loud in seeing it is a food processor) and it is easy to clean and assemble. If you're looking for a food processor that looks like it will last, give this a try!

I like the quality of the product and mostly its very simple to use. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 stars is the lid can be very fidgety.

I have been searching for a 7-9 C processor since I gave my KA 13 C to my daughter. It was just way too large for our empty nest. I researched every one and found that each had a couple of complaints but mostly good reviews. This is the only one I found that had two discs, fine shredding/slicing and medium shredding/slicing. That was what I was looking for. Didn't need a dough hook, already had a bread machine. This is sturdy on the countertop, doesn't wiggle. Very easy to put together and to clean. I bought this as a refurb but I believe it was brand new. The packaging looked like it had just come from a store. Pristine. I couldn't be happier.

Awesome, very pleased. Nice powerful processor for the price. We were pleasantly surprised! I was afraid that it wouldn't work as well because it was refurbished, but my fear was unfounded.

Good enough for the price but feels very very cheap, thin plastic and sometimes its a pain to untwist the container.

This is a good compromise between a full size appliance and a min-prep appliance. It has blades for slicing and grating, but is smaller profile and takes up less storage space than a full size machine. Suits my needs quite well. Seems sturdy and well made. I do wish it was designed with a way for all the pieces to nest together for storage.

I bought this food processor to replace one that I dropped that was only $19.99. I used to be able to make pie dough, cookie crumb dough, etc in my old food processor. Every time I've tried to do that with this one, it gets all gummed up. It was a waste of money and I definitely wouldn't recommend spending your money on it.

This is a fabulous food processor. The only thing I wish it could do better is be able to use the slicers and the chopper at the bottom at the same time.
