I am a caregiver for an elderly patient who lives with me. This is an outstanding product. I can wear the clip on while outside and the buzzer is so loud I can hear it (my neighbors too). Inside it's a bit loud but well worth the noise when she needs my help with something. At night I leave it in another room so that when she buzzes me, it doesn't wake my husband. Works perfectly. I would highly recommend.

This is a very useful device and gives me a sense of more security. I’m an elderly woman who lived alone and fell a lot. When I fell I would have to call fire department to come help me up.My son moved in to be my caregiver a few months ago. This was the first thing he got for me. Now I wear the alert button 24/7 & know help is just a button push away.

This call system has been so helpful since my husband's stroke. It allows him to call me without the effort of yelling 😁We received a set as a gift shortly after returning home from hospital. Setup was easy after a bit of experimenting. Quickly saw the benefit, and ordered additional units to cover the whole house.Now I'm so pleased to aquire the portable receiver that will allow me to go out to the yard or garden and know that he can still call me.Customer service has always been quick to answer any questions and provide instructions. Thank you for this product.

Overall I am satisfied for the price paid. I picked this model because it includes 2 receivers and one is wireless with AAA batteries, meaning I can keep it on my person. It works as described, so I can't criticize too much. For $40 I got 3 call buttons, 2 receivers, batteries and some lanyards.For $40 name brand batteries should be included. To be prudent I spent $10 extra for Duracell batteries (AAA for wireless receiver, 21A for call buttons).Now to the bad. Let's talk about the cheap parts.- "Wall mount" is literally just a small piece of 2 sided tape/putty. Very lame- Volume feels too loud or not loud enough. It works, but I wish the volume was an adjustable dial.- Click button and LED on pagers feels flimsy- Lanyards are very cheap, not sturdy at all- Battery holder and inner PCB also felt cheaply madeI'd much rather this product felt well constructed and sturdy, instead the parts feel light weight and flimsy. I don't expect this to last beyond 1 or 2 years, but I guess that's what everything Amazon sells from China is like these days. There really wasn't a lot of good options on the market at this price, so I guess this will work. 4/5 stars

I've had the one receiver + one call button on a lanyard + one door.bell.looking button + one pager configuration option for over a month now & L-O-V-E it. My person who needs occasional assistance feels more secure, they have a back.up button stationary in their bathroom if they rush to the bathroom & forget the lanyard call button. The pager enables me to attend to other tasks further away (backyard, out in driveway or in detached garage) without wondering if I won't hear a call for help. The receiver is plugged in an outlet in my bedroom and has volume adjustment & flashes light so I no longer worry about sleeping through a call for assistance when I get a bit too stretched & tired. Would recommend to anybody who is watching over a loved one during a short-term recovery, or hasn't had to make the decision for housing for long-term yet, or intends to support healthy, functional independence for both parties during multi-month treatment.

Very impressed with options and quality. (So far).The first thing I did was to walk about 6 houses down the street and the portable pager worked perfectly.I like that all the call buttons and receivers are expandable beyond any number I would ever need. If I end up needing more, I can pair new ones with this set.My main reason for getting this type was so that I can go outside or to any room and I don't have to be within earshot of the plug in bells.I like that I can set the portable one to vibrate only so I don't wake up anyone else who doesn't need to be bothered.I think I'll be very happy with this set.I'll definitely complain here if that changes.
