Q: Is this cap suitable for long hair?

More room in this cap than normal ones but still would depend on the amount of hair

Q: For the ones that had success keeping water out of ears, what's the trick? The first 15 minutes were great and then there was water non-stop!

I use an underwater audio system that uses earplugs and rarely get water in my ears. It is only if I do not put the earplugs in properly that I get water in my ears.

Q: Does the cap keep your headphones dry?

Mine keeps my earplugs dry, occasionally when I don’t have the earplugs in my ear as tight as they should be a little water gets in my ear, but I have been using both for over a year and have had no issues. I also let them dry well after swimming.
