Great product
Recommended by the vet for our dog’s runny tummy. This works really well.I think it’s expensive but very much worth the cost.Tasteless, so doggie doesn’t know it’s there and working wonders on his poo.Leaving a review because I just saw a note from Amazon saying I’ve ordered this five times!

Solved our pups bum
Just about to buy this again. Our pup is now 20 weeks. We’ve had him from 8 weeks. Working cocker cross. Right from the beginning he had a runny bum. I’ve had many dogs from pups over the years. This is my first with this continuous problem. I talked to vet, breeder etc. Tried several products. Changed diet etc. In the end out of desperation I tried this. It works out about 80p a day. I like that we can use a bit in every meal and I adjust accordingly . A sachet lasts for about four meals - He’s still on 3 a day at the moment. I’m not sure if we’ll be able to reduce the amount when he goes down to 2 meals at 6 months. He has no problem with the taste. He doesn’t seem to have time too. It’s almost like he inhales it …it’s gone so fast.So for me it’s fixed the problem and is worth the cost.

Does the job really well
Following a bad bout of colitis at xmas our dog continued to have bouts of diarrhea with blood in despite 2 visits to the vet and taking all the medication prescribed. We then had a fecal test done which was all clear. 6 weeks down the line and £450 out of pocket we were faced with doing blood tests when I saw this advertised and decided to give it a go first. From the first sachet our dogs problem cleared up and 3 weeks later having given him a sachet a day he is back to his normal self. Vet has said to leave the blood tests for now and to continue giving this as it can be taken long term although we will reduce it to every other day in the near future. So definately worth trying this in conjunction with vet advice. Much cheaper than vet bills as well.

Good Experience So Far
My vet recommended these for treating my dog's recurrent colitis, which responded only short-term to antibiotics. I've been giving him a daily dose for about a month, now, and his tummy seems to have settled down considerably. He is quite happy to eat the powder spread on his normal meals. Given that he'll eat pretty much anything (which may account for his tummy problems in the first place), this may not tell us much. I'll update this in a couple of months' time in the light of longer term experience.UPDATE: Liam (the dog) was given this every day for about a year. Unfortunately, I had to have him put down last month for unrelated reasons. But during that year he had almost no tummy problems at all and certainly no colitis. Previously, he had 4 or 5 bouts every year so I'm very impressed!

Really works, and easy to administer
Our elderly (19yo) cat has had a very upset stomach for several months, and we tried everything at the vet including (after a run of antibiotics, vit injections &c) a probiotic powder (Yumpro; also available) which he would not take, unsurprisingly given how it smelt. This stuff (which comes as a very fine odourless pink powder; be careful as you open the sachet because it puffs out) is clearly far more palatable and he will generally eat it with the wet food it's mixed in without complaint (though he's a little hesitant, so it obviously has some taste or smell). It takes a while to work -- the website suggests you give it to them for a minimum of 30 days -- but stick with it! After about 3 weeks of daily use things have finally settled down. Relief all around. Apparently it's safe to use on a permanent basis. I think the sachets are easier to use than the syringe option, certainly for cats (even very sweet-natured ginger ones).

Exact same the vet will prescribe
I got a sachet from my vet which cost me £8. Identical product. Do the math.

Highly recomended
One of my dogs has been on this supplement for almost two years. He was diagnosed with Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth by the vet. His stools were voluminous, loose, smelly and contained blood. I was often up in the night with him needing to go to the toilet, gassy tummy, indigestion. This product maintains a healthy digestive tract and despite fears that it might stop working over time, it still seems to do the trick. It makes a huge difference to the quality of both our lives. I mix it with a little water and mix it with his food in the evening. He has royal canin vetinerary sensitive dog food. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It is definitely worth trying, better than repeated use of anti inflammatories and anti biotics which was the case. I have a happy and healthy dig.
