I'm not great at remembering to write reviews but these tablets are so good I've just ordered more - 500 this time and really wanted to write a positive review. I'd ordered capsules in the past but they really made me gag and the smell was awful. When I finally did manage to swallow one it would leave a nasty aftertaste. These little coated tablets are amazing. No nasty smell, easy to swallow and digest. I do feel a difference, far fewer aches and pains than before using them, I give them to my dog too. These are must haves for me.

I have been taking these for a couple of years now after suffering from persistent knee problems for quite a while. There had been at least 3 times when I couldn't put full weight on my knee for a few weeks. However after having taken these tablets for a while I noticed less and less pain in my knees and now, apart from the odd minor twinge, I have no problems whatsoever.

Bought these tablets a couple of years ago to see if they could help the pain I experience in my arthritic knuckles - pain seems to have lessened. Latest tablets are half the size of previous ones!!!! Why should that be? Am I due a 50% refund???

Great value and easy to take. I take a tablet a day , with Blackseed oil and I think the combo has reduced inflammation in my body and eased joint pain.

These are absolutely fantastic!I can’t recommend them highly enough.I suffer with fibromyalgia and within two weeks I could feel a difference in my joints and my whole body, amongst other things.I can now go out waliking without aching anymore.I wouldn't be without them now and have recommended them to friends. Such a small tablets with so goodness. Amazing.Will definetily order again.

Bought these on recommendation.However, it was not until I received the item and checked the ingredients and product warnings, that this isn't to be used with blood thinning medication.No use to me!

I've been buying these for around 3 years. I'm very happy with the impact they've made on my health. For anti-inflammatory purposes, I find they work best with Omega-3 that has a high concentration of DHA.

I always take this with an omega 3 oil capsule at the same time. It has really helped with my digestion and I have less pain in my joints now. Great product and easy to swallow.
