Good germination
It needs shade and moisture.

Disappointing
Dont ever buy this product i sown it on 28 feb and till now 9 april it shows a little growthAnd its not a grass for lawn or garden its for livestock ( animals) use. very very disappointing total waste of money and time

I buy Bermuda grass seed for my school lawn but when I grow it and taken google image of these grass I found that it is a branchila which is a cattle grass feedVery bad product

Best but may be not be suitable for lawn
Grass is itself a good quality but you need to carefully select the preferred grass for your lawn. This grass grows too high for a lawn. Its most suitable for pasture and similar settings. I think its not suitable for lawn.

Its not even Bermuda Grass. Its some other grass seeds . Please look at the picture. Its cheating!
