Just after 3 months it got burst and fire. Useless product. Contacted the company many times but no one responds or bother to reply.DO NOT BUY. ITS WASTE

I live in an area with frequent power cuts, ranging from 1 minute to 3 hrs. Normal UPS did not work because the amps required for the router was too low.This battery system is small, and power back up comes for more than 3 hours.Earlier in between calls when power cut happens, even if it’s for a few minutes, my meetings would get cut, and I had to connect to mobile hotspot, this was making me look unprofessional to my clients. This device saves such situation.This is a must have product, if you are working from home.

Battery backup remains only for 2.30 hrs not as mentioned in description as 7-8hrs :(

The ups stopped working in 3 months. No reply from the manufacturer on warranty and Amazon customer support just keeps you moving in circles to contact manufacturer, wait a few days and show proof of contact.Buy only if you can risk a no-warranty product.

Working perfectly, no lag. Almost lasts for for 4 hrs.
