If you have an Android phone there is NO app
The wifi module says IoT but the Calpha app the website refers to do NOT have any functional Play Store links. The bar code will take you to the apple store. Also gotta say service and support from this company is very hit or miss. Not for the first timer. The inverter is functioning as intended but there is a great deal of previous knowledge you will need to configure it. If you are buying all Calpha you may be in luck as it might be plug and play. Long and short you can live without the Wifi Moudule.

GREAT APP AND WORKS FLAWLESSLY
The inverter and this wifi dongle are fantastic. Great customer service too. Fair warning they will have to email you the app, but the app is amazing. Has been installed in my RV for a few months and no issues.
