Excellent value. Super heavy and Solid
Bought this due to Youthman's youtube channel $799 special code that day. Was on the fence on getting the monoprice 7x200 $1850 amp, but at these prices its hard to beat. Paired this unit with Onkyo RZ50 at$999 so was able to get receiver and amp for same price as just monoprice amp by itself.Sound is clean and strong. Pushing a pair of old school ADS 1590's for right and left and polk lsiM706c for centers and ADS 1290s in rear. Thought the 145 watt per channel vs monoprice 200 watt per channel wouldn't be enough but its good enough for me.Sound details in Ready Player One was phenomenal. Cranked it up loud and still had room to go before I had to turn it down. If your audiophile on a budget definitely i say go for this power amp.

Outstanding Value
This amp really upped my listening experience. Using my Marantz SR5015 as a pre-amp\processor, , the sound-stage is much fuller and and I can now play at reference levels and have virtually no distortion, clipping or compression. Whole new experience. Good job OSD!

Xlr good, rca bad
No power chord included. 12v trigger chord included, but only about 12 inches long. All hookups done with power off. Tried rca hookups first (KImber pbj interconnects). One channel had mild hum but no music. Second channel had music and a LOUD hum. Channels 3,4,&5 played music with a mild hum. Was ready to send back, but decided to try xlr cables which arrived the next day (Mogami/Neutric). First, covered the rca’s with Cardas rfi caps to block the hum. Music now comes from all 5 channels, no hum, and integrates well with my Vincent SA-500 integrated powering my front Klipsch Heresy main speakers and RSL-12 sub (7.1 system). It seems OSD has perfected the class H amp for home theater use when utilizing xlr hook-up only. The rca hookups are as useless as tits on a boar hog. I’ve decided to keep this unit anyway.

Amp sounds great, built like a tank!
Amp sounds great! Shipping was definitely not handle with care . Both inner and outer box were ripped open, leaving amp exposed. Luckily no damage to unit. Definitely would still highly recommend!

Solid performer with xlr
I had a Marantz 5 channel amp that developed an issue with the first channel, and given current economic conditions I was loathe to invest in an expensive 5 channel amplifier. HT is not stereo and I felt no need to purchase a class a solid state or some other high performer. I was also unwilling to swap from XLR to RCA and found this amp on Amazon. Performance wise it exceeds the nearly double the cost Marantz that it replaced. It drives an 86db/1 watt 90 lb center channel without so much as getting warm and if there's noise, well... I can't hear it. AB amps in this day and age should not be rocket science. This amp delivers. I feel like I robbed someone.

Perfect for surround and Atmos speakers
I bought 2 of the HTA5200. The speakers in use are Yamaha nx777 &. Nx555 used as side and back surround speakers. The amplifier plays loud and clean while the temperature of the amplifier very cool to the touch. Easy to set it up and it's heavy. Nice 5 channel budget amplifier.

Powerful and easy
Its a beast. Weighs like 60 pounds. I'm using the five channel to run 6 outdoor speakers. I have 2 of the speakers hooked up to one channel at 4 ohms. My entire backyard is huge and this thing has us rocking out.
