Haven't really noticed any difference.Then again I'm not an athlete who has fine tuned my body. It's not for me. A bit of a wasted endeavour.

I was also slightly headachy but that soon passed.I am a naturally early riser and generally feel a dip around 4pm, when I find it hard to focus on work. I have been sailing through that time point and working into the evenings when I feel I want to, with no loss of concentration. This is highly unusual for me. I feel ‘perkier’, not quite me, but in a good way. I’ve been struggling massively with menopause and adhd and seriously thinking about giving up work. If these give me a couple more years in the workplace, because I love what I do, that would be amazing. Give these a try and see what happens.
