Compact, durable so far
While I have not really had the chance to beat this up since it will be a gift, I'm impressed so far. The stitches look strong, and the color is exactly what I thought it would be.This is about as small as it can be while being useful. You can see I've already filled it up, and you'll have to figure out how get the most out it with your own gear, but that's to be expected. I might get one as a gift for myself...

Worth it
As I’ve only received this today, this is really just a preview more than a review. I think this will be good for my micro EDC kit(for basketball shorts and such when I don’t have space and security with pants). Seems to be made with good quality, the YKK zipper is flawless. It really is the perfect size. The hook and loop(Velcro) section will be nice, just don’t know what patch to put yet. Will update later if anything fails.

Useful edc pocket pouch, wish it was 1/2" bigger
This is a useful EDC pocket organizer, less bulky than the VE10 but holds most of what an altoid tin kit can handle.It would be perfect if it were about 1/2" bigger, and if it opened on the edge instead of partway down, maybe with a small velcro flap instead of a zip.

Good idea. Poorly executed
Amazon sent me the ve8 by accident, waited 3 more days, got the right one. As stated in another review, an inch longer would have been perfect, along with moving the zipper closer to the top. I can't fit a credit card or ID in this thing. It's a glorified coin purse. Won't suit my needs as a mini pocket edc. Would be nice if they'd put a ruler in the pictures for reference.

Excellent edc pouch!
I didn't have high hopes in the beginning, but it turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. Good quality stitching, everything fits snug... perfect for edc tools.
