Sometimes the meat does not come separated with wax paper and it’s a giant meat cube
The first time I purchased the steak meat it was separated between sheets of waxed paper the second time I got it it was a block of sliced meat all stuck together very dissatisfied the second time

Wonderfull taste of home!
I love getting my Philly steaks in bulk. Makes a great real Philly steak sandwich. One drawback with this order. No paper! Steak arrived 10 pound frozen block of meat!
