I find this vitamin as good as most. Being a chewable it gets in your blood more then non chewable. Most get in fat more then bloos

Nothing wrong with the vitamins taste great didn't really help with energy which is why I bought them. After being on them for a month and some how gaining 10 pound with in the first 2 weeks I went on a very low carb, calorie diet, working out an hour a day and couldn't get the weight off. Went to the doctors had blood work and my vitamin b was extremely high, if you do not need vitamin B12 it will cause weight gain.. just a heads up to anyone who doesn't want to add on the pounds.
