Worth the money!!! Is tricky at longest setting.
Just used the wand today to clean the front of my house. Last time I cleaned my house, I used a ladder (almost fell off) and still could not reach the top of 2 peaks. While tricky to use fully extended, it was usable and did the job. Once you start shortening the wand, it make cleaning a breeze. Much easier than using a ladder.A couple suggestions that might help:1) Create a harness. I used a small tool belt that has big pocket. I kept the tool belt on my side and cradled the lower half of the wand handle in it. I don't think I would have finished in one day without using my makeshift sling. I think if I took a little time to customize a harness it would even be easier to use.2) Reduce the size of the wand ASAP. As you use the wand, you find yourself stepping back away from the house putting the wand at more of an angle. Take the time to make the wand shorter, as the shorter it gets the easier it is to use.3) Play around with which section you are collapsing when reducing the size. At first I was shrinking the sections from the top down. But that keeps the wand top heavy. I think began to collapse the middle section first, which helped a lot. It keeps the top lighter but still had the stiffer fiberglass section extended. I didn't try collapsing the fiberglass section first, but that may work even better.4) Use appropriate water pressure. I have a pressure washer that has adjustable pressure and used it on the next to lowest setting (recommended for vinyl siding). I didn't try the highest setting, but I'm sure I would have had more difficulties using the wand with a higher water pressure.Overall, I feel the wand is well constructed and did the job.I'm a 49 year old male of average build do not work out and was able to control the wand. However I can see how using it fully extended can be an issue for a lot of people. The only "Con" for the product is the top section can start to turn, making it difficult to use. You then have to bring it down, twist the top back to where you want it and then lift it back up. Not a deal breaker, but it happened a few times over 4 hours of cleaning. One last note: I know I won't be able to move my left arm and right leg tomorrow. :)

Good product, gets the job done.
Well, "love it" is a bit strong but it is a well executed product for a reasonable price.I have developed a fear of heights, so was dreading getting up on a ladder to power wash my house enough to make my HOA happy. However this did the job, got high enough to be able to get good results (though not all the way to the peak of my 2-story house).Other reviews noted it is very tiring to use, which is true, but once I got a good rhythm going and got the hang of how the fully extended pole flops around it was manageable. If you're in reasonable physical shape you will have an easier time than I did. Just take your time. The trick is to let the thrust of the water stream work for you, and take some of the weight of the pole. Many other reviewers noted a sling is important to add to this. I was OK without it, and not having a sling let me get an extra couple feet higher holding the trigger at shoulder height. Again, take your time and get into the rhythm you'll be fine.I found it useful not only for high reach but also doing areas like my covered porch - extended only a little gets me out of the blowback when I wash the ceiling corners, and it's nice to be able to handle larger areas from one spot. I wouldn't buy this for that reason but it's a nice bonus.Construction is reasonably good, but I would not expect it to last long in daily professional use. Mostly because the extension fittings are plastic and are simple lever locks, once they wear a bit I think it likely they won't clamp the sections very well and it doesn't look like there is a way to adjust their tension. For the home-gamer though I think it'll be just fine.

It's a BEAST!
By it's nature it's not going to be light or easy to use. Fully extended, it's a beast! It flexes away from the spray head several feet, testing the muscles of anyone brave/stupid enough to try! It does what is supposed to, and is a great value. It's just built for a very tricky situation. I was trying to clean rain gutters up on our second story...so I had it nearly completely extended. Pulling the trigger was like fighting a big Marlin! Very manly! My boys were tremendously amused, I did manage to clear about 15 feet of gutter before I realized that it would be O.K. for regular maintenance, but spraying out years of neglect was going to take days because I was going to need to catch my breath. A lot! Believe the other reviews that suggest a harness, it helps. But if you're trying to run this at full length...it's going to be tough to keep it up for long. I gave up, and glad I did. Paid someone to climb up there and clear all the build up. Soon as the weather is warmer I'll try again when it should be quicker going along the gutters. I can also use it to clean the windows on the second floor, so I don't feel like I wasted my money. It feels fairly well built (though I did need to order an adapter to connect to my cheapish Costco-bought pressure washer), I didn't have any leaks, and my pressure washer worked just fine.

Tuff and well biult
Very well built it's heavier then expected but very well built and I recommend getting a harness system if your gonna be doing much because I honestly would not even use it without one it's gonna be more work then help without just a heads up
